Two Trees Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates The Gymnastics TeamHub mobile application and web platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information You Provide
Account Information: Email address and display name when you create an account
Profile Data: Avatar photo (optional), role within your organization
Gymnast Data: Names, dates of birth, levels, apparel sizes, emergency contacts, and medical information as entered by authorized staff or parents
Competition Data: Scores, meet details, and team placements
Communications: Messages, group posts, and comments sent through the app
Media: Photos, documents, floor music files, and other files you upload
Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: Device type and operating system version
Usage Data: App crashes and performance metrics (anonymized)
Permissions
Camera: Used only when you choose to take a photo for your profile or to upload files. We do not access your camera in the background.
Photo Library: Used only when you choose to select an existing photo for upload.
Notifications: Used to alert you of new messages, events, and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Within Your Organization: Information you enter is visible to other members of your hub based on their role and permissions set by the hub owner
Service Providers: Supabase (database and authentication) and Firebase (web hosting) to operate the platform
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
Data is stored securely with row-level security policies
Authentication is handled through industry-standard protocols
Role-based access controls limit data visibility within each organization
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our Terms).
Content you shared within a Hub (messages, posts, files) may persist within that Hub after you leave or delete your account, as it may be relied upon by other Hub members. Hub owners may request deletion of all Hub data by contacting us.
Your Rights and Choices
Access: View your data through your profile and hub settings
Update: Edit your profile and gymnast information at any time
Delete: Delete your account through the account settings in the app, or by contacting us at support@twotreesapps.com. Account data will be removed within 30 days.
Permissions: Control camera, photo library, and notification access through your device settings
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

Children's Privacy
TeamHub is intended for use by coaches, parents, and adult athletes to manage gymnastics programs. While the app stores information about minors (gymnast profiles), this data is entered and managed by authorized adults (parents, guardians, or coaching staff). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
